| Specialized is at convenient location being in Frisco and I only use them for snowplow purchases and repairs and maintenance for that equipment mostly during the winter months. The problem is they need a much bigger facility to be able to handle the amount or work that they get and they know that. Another improvement would be to expand their business hours especially in the winter in regard to snow plowing equipment repairs and trouble shooting, etc. 8:30am to 5:30 pm and only five days a week is not enough to handle the work load. |
