Only thing that I was surprised about was the fact that the license plate I asked to be mounted to the TrailFX Grille got screwed into the truck bumper, not the Grille guard which is what I asked for. Other than that, guard looks great and I want to get lights added to it at some point. Kyle was great to work with too. Joe Fallon

Thanks again for continuing to customize my Rubicon. I continue to get kudos from other Jeep owners on how it looks! You guys ROCK!

The guys at the desk are very helpful and attentive with a quick Hello! They are busy so you wont get anything done yesterday. However, they will get you in as quickly as possible and consistantly do good work.

Specialized is at convenient location being in Frisco and I only use them for snowplow purchases and repairs and maintenance for that equipment mostly during the winter months. The problem is they need a much bigger facility to be able to handle the amount or work that they get and they know that. Another improvement would be to expand their business hours especially in the winter in regard to snow plowing equipment repairs and trouble shooting, etc. 8:30am to 5:30 pm and only five days a week is not enough to handle the work load.
